Absolutely. We have extensive experience catering to a wide range of dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other specific requirements. We feel that some of our best work has been creating variation dishes that do not make guests fee like they're being singled out when their food comes along with eveyone elsesPlease inform us of your guests’ needs, and we will craft a menu that everyone can enjoy safely.

Yes, we organise all necessary equipment for your event, including crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linens. Additionally, we collaborate with reputable suppliers to rent any supplementary items required to enhance your event.

Do you offer tasting sessions?
​
Yes, we offer tasting sessions once the menu has been designed. This allows you to sample our dishes and make any necessary adjustments to ensure everything meets your expectations before the event.

What is the booking process?
​
Our booking process begins with an initial consultation, either in person or via phone, to discuss your event details, guest numbers, and any special requirements. We will then provide a detailed proposal and menu options. Once confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your booking.

How far in advance should I book your services?
​
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during peak seasons such as summer weddings or Christmas events. Ideally, a notice of 6 to 9 months is preferred, though we can often accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability.

What areas do you cover?
​
Based in Norfolk, we regularly cater to events throughout the region. We also travel for events upon request, subject to location and logistics.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?
​
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy, outlined in our contract, will determine any applicable refunds or fees based on the timing of your cancellation.

Do you have any sample menus we can look at?
​
Yes, we offer a variety of sample menus ranging from street food and BBQs to fine dining and bespoke creations. These can be viewed on our website. Just go to the drop doen tab on the top right of the screen, click on menus and it'll take you straight to our brochure. Alternatively, we can provide upon request menus to suit your event’s specific needs.

What are your food safety practices?

Food safety is a top priority at Olarossi Kitchen. We maintain a Level Five with the Food Standards Agency. All our staff are trained to at least Level Three or Four in Food Safety, and we utilise advanced food safety and maintenance software to ensure compliance with the highest hygiene standards at every event.

Do you offer drinks packages?

Yes, we provide a range of drinks packages to complement your event, including welcome drinks, table wines, and full bar services. We work with you to design a drinks menu that enhances your food offerings and aligns with the event’s style.

Can you accommodate last-minute changes to the menu or guest numbers?

We strive to be as flexible as possible. While we can accommodate some last-minute changes, please notify us as early as possible. Significant adjustments may depend on availability and could incur additional charges.

Yes, we have extensive experience catering large-scale events, including weddings with 150+ guests and corporate functions with over 250 attendees. Our team is well-equipped and trained to handle events of any size with precision and care.

How do I know how much food to order for my event?

We assist you in determining the appropriate amount of food based on your guest count and the style of your event. Whether it’s a sit-down dinner, buffet, or canapés, we ensure there is ample provision for all attendees.
